Good job! Keep it up!
-
And that is the attitude that placed you at the 50 lbs mark. Good job!

Shouldn't you be bracing for the blizzard?! I know I have repacked my suitcase for Chicago this weekend. I tell l you the next repack I do will be for beach-wear. And I'll be heading to the islands! Be safe!
-
I second that thought!
-
Lol! If I could take a few pounds for you I would!
-
I am doing something like it. No sugar and very limited carbs. Ill buddy up!
-
Sounds like you are ready! Good luck on your journey

I eat almost all forms of meat. It is just about the portions! Size does matter. Lol

Congratulations! You look good... but I bet you feel even better. I know I have list significant weight and my hubby says I look good. But I feel incredible! The energy is beyond. Good job!
-
I think some of his stuff!
-
You look amazing!

I had headaches in the beginning. It was the body adjusting. But I am not a doctor.

I am such an "ish" person. I like the new-ish! Good luck on your journey. If you need buddies, feel free to add me.

I have the same problem. Mine was caused by extra tight hip flexors. After a massage it goes away. Try stretching your lower back, hip flexors, and hamstrings. Ice hot after helps too.

Replace the emo eating with something positive. Gym time.. . Kickboxing... walk the dog

You burn more overall and boost the metabolism when you keep your heart rate up for longer than 30 minutes. You should switch it up in the gym though. Start and end with cardio than hit some weights in between.
-
The heart rate monitors are a great tool. I love mine!
-
Well apparently my morning starts a little later than most of you. I am hitting up the gym and hopefully getting all my errands done. A nice healthy dinner and off to sleep so I can do this all over again Sunday! Go bears!
-
I use the cardio machines. Weights are good too.

The only part of this process that is new is the food. I have gone to the gym 4-6 times a week prior to meeting him. I have played volleyball prior to him as well. I don't even think my attitude has changed...I have always been cocky and arrogant ...lol I feel that I try to make him feel wanted. I try to attack him daily!…

I had this issue with my husband too. I had to lose weight for a health reason so I kept explaini.g that to him. He finally I think is getting it. But he appears to be bitter about it. You have to do what is good for you.

I don't eat sugar unless it is natural form. All processed sugar is off my list. In fact I limit natural sugar too. I don't eat melons, pineapple, carrots, corn, or bananas. Too much sugar!
-
I track protein, sugar, carbs. But I do not track my exercise through here. I don't like how it does net calories.
-
I am glad to hear this is semi-normal. Mine is coming every three weeks. It sucks and has changed too.
-
I have gone to a low carb and virtually no sugar eatingplan. It seems to be working.
-
I don't set out for a number of days. I work out based on hours. I aim for 28-38 hrs a month. The range is to accommodate for golf games. I guess in reality I aim for 28 gym hrs. I normally don't workout for just an hour so rest is built into my week. It just depends how I feel for he day
-
Good luck. If you need buddies you can add me
-
I'll be your buddy.
