Same still applies I guess, as long as you aren't having symptoms of sleep deprivation then no reason to not work out. If anything maybe it will help you sleep.

Unless you have issues with dizziness or something like that there is not reason to not work out just because you are on your period.

You can reset your calories whenever you want, but every 10 lbs is probably a good time to do it.

It's all a crap shoot - there are people that wait 10 yrs to get married and they might not last 5 yrs either. Frankly I don't care or think anyone else should. (That being said, I do hope couples that are on the fast track at least are a little more patient before bringing kids into the picture).

Also a good idea. :) And if you are too large chested for a bandeau bra, it can be worn over a regular bra and it hides the before mentioned ugly hook/loop section of a normal bra.
