I'd run but while I'm at work I'm in business casual and don't feel like sweating all through my cloths and smelling horrible the rest of the day lol.

A ****ty as it sounds you have to do your research before you actually go. My fiance and I went to chili's the other week and we looked at their nutrition menu before we went and were shocked at how bad everything thing was. Only a handful of items were some decent. Just a burger and fries and you were down like 1600…

I'm 339lbs and have no issue going to the gym if need be. Most of the people there are there to do their workouts and get out. They might gander at you but most of the good people there will think "that guy is getting himself some and is trying to better himself". I've talked to a few people at the gym that were buff and…

I'm kinda with you. During high school i weighed 260lbs at my max then lost it all and got down to 193lbs to join the USMC. At the end of my 4 years I was about 220. Then I flew up to 360lbs just due to laziness and loving food way to damn much. I know what it's like to be at a healthy weight for the 4 years I was there…

Fruit kicks *kitten*. People will worry about it's sugar content but unless you can't have sugar for health reasons I so eat as much fruit as your calorie goal allows. It's natural sugar from the fruit so in my eyes it's not that horrible of a thing. I have found increasing my fruit intake has really helped curb my…

I'm going to echo what a few people have said in here and say that you should ditch that diet and work on just eating properly. Just ask yourself is this something that I'm going to be able to do for the rest of my life? When you reach your goal weight are you going to be able to stay at your goal weight for the rest of…

If you click on home, then go Goals, on the bottom is "Change Goals". Click on that and you can set a customer goal for everything.

http://authoritynutrition.com/food-addiction/ On that page there is a link to this guys book about his struggle with food addiction and how he beat it. It really opened my eyes on the problem at hand. For me it was learning about it and coming to terms with the fact that i was a food addict and what caused it and some…

Thanks for the support everyone! This is also the first time I'm trying to build up a much stronger support system while doing this. I know it will help out. And yes SoDamnHungry, the food didn't go to waste.
