it has, but seeing as though I have been eating 1200cal for the week and not dropping... there has to be some magic to the potato. I ate 1200cal worth of russet and LOST... maybe I was do for a woosh... but, I am not bloated anymore!

I walked 4 miles up a 12% incline today. :D That figures out to be about 6 miles if it was on flat ground!

I am calorie cycling for the most part. I am eating between 500 and 2000 calories a day... and have lost about 8lbs this month doing this.

Because I don't eat grain in my diet, I make homemade spaghetti sauce with meat, and pour it over spinach! It is really good!

I think its a combination of having a lot to loose, and water weight. Any diet, especially a HFLC diet, tend to make people loose really rapidly for the first few weeks and then slow down. I had over 100lbs to loose, and now have about 75lbs to loose. The same principles probably wouldn't apply to someone with say less…

Fat is lost at a much faster rate with a HFLC diet. Other diets with comparable speeds have much greater losses in muscle mass. However, my strength and endurance have gone throught the roof.

So I am eating a high fat, low carb diet. I am loosing FAT and retaining muscle mass at the same time... take that naysayers! Anywho, eat lost of leafy greans as your carbs, include healthy plant oils (coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, ect) and use butter or ghee for animal fat sources. No dairy, grains, sugars, or fruits…
