It's not near as bad as it got made out to be. Unless you are wearing a bright red thong and bending over right in front of men, no one is going to notice. Crazy enough, I couldn't tell you what 95% of the people at the gym looks like.

Okay, couple questions.. How is your exercise calories figured out? From MFP or from a HRM ? Reason I ask is you are getting to those last 40lbs it sounds like and accuracy of calories is going to become more important. You might also looking into figuring out you TDEE.

Try them both out and see what you like. Most store will let you try them out. See which is more comfortable for you.

4 people already suggested maybe posture as being the cause. I don't think that would be considered being taller persay, since when you are measured height wise most people stand tall, thus posture rarely comes into play at that point in time. Technically speaking and all.

Went off the shakes for a couple months and lost 272lbs of pure muscle, started them back up.. Hopefully I get to mega Jabba status again soon!

It's all good. I had the same problem, the first day it said I burned like 4.9k calories.. I was like.. WHHHHAAAATTTTT (In the awesome borat voice!) Then it started dropping.. Down to around 3.6k which is about right around where I thought it would be.

You are most likely past the bone plate growing stage so growth hormones are probably not going to work. You'll probably have to stick to piggy back rides!

Bodymedia takes a few days to get accurate. It'll adjust a bit over the next couple days. In the instruction manual you talks about how the first 3-4 days the calories might be off slightly.

Don't eat it if it's for ethical reasons. Try some of the protein replace things that taste like meat.

Yep, it's good stuff... If you look hard enough there is almost every flavor lol.. There is a pumpkin pie protein powder that isn't bad from AI Sports. AI sports has a Candy Cane protein powder that I wasn't as keen on but a buddy of mine loved.

Look up UFC Power Punches Workout. Boxing is a great workout. I remember thinking it wasn't going to be much of a work out and man it was a brutal work out!

You can easily.. It's not like you are going to need 250g of protein a day to stop that effect. Chicken Breast is 35 cals per ounce.. It's just over 5grams of protein per ounce. Cottage Cheese is another great way. Greek Yogurts. Tuna Pork Loin Protein powders if you wanted Etc...
