Besides the permanently wider hips, my tummy skin is forever loose. Granted, you would never know if you saw me just standing there, but holding a plank or doing any yoga move always reminds me of what my two babies did to me lol

I agree with the above posters...a scale with g/oz is the way to go. Mine even has fl oz and ml on it and I paid less than $30. I weigh everything I can now. Before, it turned out I was eating less than I thought when it came to things like fruits and chicken/meat (which I weigh out after I cook it)...yet the supposed 3/4…

Sure do!! Usually, one of the days ends up being a scheduled "rest" day anyway, but I still workout. Sometimes, if I have to shift my training schedule, then I will workout both days. Either way, I do some physical activity on the weekends no matter what. Rest days usually include a walk or something anyway...

I sure do!! and if I splurge, I splurge. The only things I almost never do is A) log water intake (I drink more than a gallon a day) and B) complete my entries (just too lazy I guess, lol)
