  • Got in 8.06 miles of a walk today.. this should have been a run, but my thighs were really sore from yesterdays uphill walk that running was out of the question. Total for the month so far 17.06

  • Got in an awesome walk this morning, walked to the top of a small mountain near my house, got to overlook the city on a nice bright crystal clear day, great morning.. I added 4.45 miles to my total. At a total of 9 for the month so far

  • Did some stationary bike today as part of physical therapy, got in 3 miles.
