I am starting my 3rd month of Chalean extreme and love it. Have lost 5 lbs and 6 inches. Have muscle definition and am starting to lean out in my legs. Like you, I wanted to start working out and did not know which program to do or if I would stick to it. I have followed the schedule and love my workouts now!!

This! What you may be happier with lifting weights and sculpting your body into the shape you want. Dieting alone can't target the areas you want to "fix". Strength training can. Good Luck!

This! I felt like that the first couple of weeks. My body was adjusting to the healthy clean eating and stressing itself with physical activity. There are days I still feel like that, I listen to my body and eat but eat something healthy. Good Luck - you can do this and will be so happy you did!!

I have incorporated BBL into my current workout program but have not done it religiously on its own. I definitely recommend getting ankle weights as they make a big difference. No. If after a week the scale hasn't gone down then I would because then it's not period/water retention anymore.

I eat about an hour before and usually oatmeal and banana or eggs and 1/2 english muffin with pb. I drink and protein shake afterwards. I have found that I need those carbs before workout to fuel my body to push harder.

6 days. 3 days strength training, 3 days cardio and even on that 7th day, I usually do something yoga, walking.....it's gotten to the point that I don't feel good unless I am physically active.

There are so many factors to consider to find out your caloric intake for your targeted loss. Height, weight, BMR, TDEE, activity level....I am sure someone else with more experience will reply and guide you in the right direction. Once a week and even at that it's probably too often. My weight fluctuates a couple of pounds if I'm bloated, TOM.... so I try not to get frustrated. I prefer measurements and I take those once a month.

I cut sugar and creamer out of my coffee and now just drink it black. Drink just coffee and water. No more cookies, donuts, chips, ice cream, bologna, grilled cheese sandwiches, cream sauces and bread and rice on rare occasion.
