  • I got really mad one day last week and instead of going to the pantry for some type of food for comfort I felt the huge urge to workout so I got up and had a wonderful workout!! Never in my life had I had that happen, I'm a huge emotional eater so this was an amazing change!

  • This isn't a body NSV but more of a new mindset NSV... I'm a big emotional eater... happy, eat, sad, eat, mad, eat. Well, I just realized I don't do that so much anymore.. now when I feel strong emotions I workout instead, it's like the same urge wanting to workout as it was to eat before and it's such an awesome feeling.
  • This was me a couple years ago, I had gotten down just over 30 and still had a good 50-60 to go and I started letting bad habits creep back up and now I'm back to where I started plus an additional 40 pounds so I'm starting over again. Just know you've got this, just keep pushing toward your goal!

  • I've still got a long way to go but even for me when I started I did nothing but count my calories and make some healthier choices and before I even began working out at all I lost 11 pounds. So, yes I would say that it's definitely in your diet.

  • They sell clear sizers that fit onto the back so that you don't loose them until you're ready to get them sized!
  • I can see the sides of my stomach getting smaller! I can start to see what the sides of my stomach will look like now just waiting for my "baby pooch" to go away! And, I think my legs are looking smaller but I'm not sure if it's just wishful thinking or not I'll check measurements later this month!

  • When I was VERY pregnant and still working out with our trainer he had me doing these leg slide things *technical term hehe and as I was doing them I must have looked like a flailing baby deer because he said "Sarah, what are you doing?" ..... he learned to never make fun of a pregnant woman working out though haha.
  • A cookie is like a dessert, chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. A biscuit is something you have for breakfast sometimes with gravy lol
