Well at my 4ft 10 in medium frame I lost 13 in a about 5 weeks but hey that's me and I have lost 17 since in the last 6 months steadily . So I suppose if you had a lot to lose .but 20 lbs on you doesn't seem like to much , so losing 5 lbs would be more reasonable perhaps .
