I believe she is my upstairs neighbor. :s [/quote] YESSSSSS...we have similar neighbors. And I often hear rhythmic banging as well as strange vocalizations at night sometimes...

LMAO I seriously just died.

See my post above regarding Bikram Hot Yoga...it definitely has helped me lose weight. I wish I had more money, I would do it more. It's quite expensive, unfortunately.
-
Very true...coke, heroin, or whatever drug of choice...

Rock stars are definitely burning some calories...that's why they are almost always skinny! LOL
-
Funny.

Ever done Bikram hot yoga? It's quite challenging. Incidentally, everyone I know who does it is skinny. Cause or effect, who knows. ;)

Haha that bugs me too. OCD...

YES YES YES

This is what I understand. If I make an effort to walk more, I can usually reach 5000-6000 no problem. So far today I have been busy at work and have only reached about 1500. :( This doesn't include my intentional exercise, which I still do, of course, for at least 30-60 minutes a day. But I don't log my activities…

Hopefully. Today so far I am at 5,000 steps, including my walk at lunch. That's what I usually average, but I am trying to work up to 10,000 a day. Of course, I will still be hitting the gym tonight!

She felt the need to share, so I felt the need to comment. And then you felt the need to comment on my comment. So I guess we are all allowed to make our feelings known, huh? Funny how a public forum works, isn't it?

But you were telling me I shouldn't log those steps, because they are already included in my daily activity... I don't have a Fitbit. My phone counts my steps (when I remember to carry it), and then I add them manually to MFP. Maybe the way I said it was confusing, but I log those steps on both the days I work and the days…

I've lost 35 pounds so far, but I guess I'm not "successful" enough.

I don't usually walk around much when I'm at work. I am at a desk most of the the day. On my days off I get significantly more activity/movement, due to cleaning, grocery shopping, etc. I don't log all of that, but I do log my steps. This motivates me to get in more steps, by talking a walk on my lunch break, getting up…

OMG. I am amazed that you really think it's your business what people on your FL log as exercise. Now I see why some people keep their diaries private! WOW.
-
I believe this is up to the individual.
-
Contrary to most, I DO log all of my activity, because I have my activity level set as sedentary. I also track my steps, and this motivates me to get up and move around as much as possible at my desk job.

Not this again...

Take stimulants. (No, really don't.)

A serving of cereal is just disappointing. :(
-
My biggest challenge is not eating (or drinking) too many calories. Yep, that's pretty much it.
-
None. Eating less has been been the most important factor, followed by exercising more.
-
That might be the only way I would eat kale. Ick.

Honestly, it's nothing to get upset over. I go over my calories all the time, but it usually evens out over the week, and I still end up losing weight, but maybe 0.1-0.2 lbs less than I had planned. Sometimes, I still lose the amount I wanted to. And don't worry about immediate weight gains after overeating. They are…

Being "open-minded" is not the same as not having standards or preferences.

The look on the guy's face...priceless.
-
Understood. I have done some pretty dumb stuff in my youth.
-
LOL Ok, fine. But you started it!! :P
