@MKenn, there is noway I can eat 939calories with the short amount of time I have left unless I went out to eat.

No real Goal rewards here, though I hope to get some more fitness clothes, as I only have 1 pair :) I'm hoping to reach my first goal on May 4th! We'll see how that goes ;p

I've found that water starts tasting so useless after a while and feels like it's going right through me instead of working with me. Sprouts? Natural Groceries? Veggie Chips are not really that expensive, filling, and good. or you could end up going to a corner store, in the "fresh" section and getting a Yogurt parfait? Panera Bread also has great low-cal choices, just stay away from the soup! - I'm not sure what is around you :)

I find a Banana works best for me 30-60mins before working out. If I eat too much, or nothing at all during a strength work out my body hates me. I also end up drinking a cup of water to take some medicine, but that's it! - After the work out I eat my normal breakfast.

For me personally I find them empty calories. It's better (for me) to eat things like grapes, Strawberries, etc. Less calories and I can eat more of them :)

If you get a type of Protein shake - it might be a meal replacement But you can also get other shakes, like Muscle Milk that will help rebuild your muscles faster after breaking them down during exercise!
