It's certainly different for everyone. Last time I was 'skinny' I was 145 at 5'6", and I felt perfectly fine with myself!

Whoo :D Congrats on your upcoming marriage!! I don't really have any solid meals that I eat other than: Steak/Salad Grilled Chicken/Brown rice/Veggies Lean Hamburger meat + Salad = Taco Salad! I also eat Tuna/Mayo/Relish/Celery which is great for lunch.

Ahh, I think I understand now. I added food(to test) and it went up. So it's basically saying the lower the number the worse! And telling me I need to eat more to get up to 1200!

I'm confused then. Am I not working out enough? Or am I eating too much? My Net isn't going to go up I assume it would only go down after I eat.

This morning I got up at 6am and made myself 1/4th cup of Oatmeal, and last week I ate a Banana! It was enough to get my metabolism going and to not make myself sick while doing the workouts. Normally I work out during the evenings, but the boot camp that I'm doing starts at 7am.

@janalayn: That's a very good point, so far I've said no to anything not inside of my house that was healthy. Maybe I should make monthly "me" lunches where I allow myself to go out, and get something small! I also love craftylatvian's 4-bite rule!

It's hard to stay clear of those things, but for me I have to bring something otherwise I don't want to be known as that person who never brings anything, but still eats. So as long as I don't bring anything I don't join in on the food festivities :) I find because I bring so many snacks with me it's a lot easier to whip…

I also have the same problem, because of that I make sure to only pack really good thing with me. Carrots Apples Oranges Grapes Strawberries These can be considered your snacks and munches. They are extremely low in calories and fill you up (Especially apples!!) I wish you the best of luck ^_^

I'd like to know also! I also sit at an office desk. But I need to be typing the whole time I'm here so Ankle/Wrist weights might be a nice changed. I'd try sitting on a ball, but I'm not sure our managment would like that, haha.

I lost a bunch of weight by myself, but once I got into an apartment with my boyfriend I gained it right back. After 2years he told me I was bigger than what I used to be, and that's when it hit me. :(

Oh man I could eat Tex Mex every day, it's so awesome. Cheese Enchiladas are my favorite! - This is why I try to keep as far away from them as I can!

I always sleep like a log when I work out. :) It's so much better than waking up constantly in the middle of the night. Also had some really painful hips (even though I'm pretty sure it was the bed :x) But thankfully the weight loss is help with my hips, even if the bed still sucks!

I'd say keep up with what you're doing. It may not be a steady as a decrease as what you're used to seeing, but you still still see a loss :) And I hope that is enough to keep you motivated! - With that much to lose, you should be ok to keep gong down down down!

They prefer you to eat all your exercise calories, but to be honest, if you can't find the time, or are just too full I wouldn't worry about it. - There are days when I'm left with 200-900cal left over and there is noway I'm eating all that in one setting! Or filling my body with that much sugar to compensate!

Yay :D I wasn't too freaked when I saw myself gain 2lbs especially because I know the night before I ate waaaaay too much sodium, and I'm still 2lbs below what I started at! So far I've been working out every day - Even if it's something small such as doing different stretching, or small cardio burners (Jackknife, Bicycle crunches, etc) - This doesn't burn a lot of calories at all, but it still keeps your body in the exercise mode without going all out :)

Look into eating more food that has less calories. A lot of things that get me through the day are: Grapes(x20) Apple Orange Strawberries (large 1-3) Peach BIG SALAD! (Spinach, Tomatoes, Edamame beans, B. Olves, and more. For a big bowl it's about 100~cal) And those are just my snacks. So far Oatmeal kicks my butt, and…

Congrats on your baby :) Sometimes I like to add something to my water, like lemon, or some of the herbal teas we have around my work. :D It's technically 98% water, tea just adds that yummy flavor. Best of luck!

I don't see why not. I still have about 900cal left for the night, and I think I'm going to have my 1st beer in two weeks! :) Nothing wrong with enjoying yourself with an alcoholic beverage if you have calories left over!
