PW: 148.6 CW 152.0 Not surprising as I had surgery on Tuesday. Per doctor orders I cannot do anything until I see him on Monday. Plus the prescribed meds I have to take are causing water retention so I'm not taking this weigh-in seriously due to all of the outside factors. Can't wait to get the go ahead from my doc tho so…

Great challenge! Never really thought about drinking water before a meal so I will start with that. These are my Quick & Easy Breaksfast To Go meals (since I'm never really hungry in the morning or don't have time these work great) Waffles with Peanut Butter: 2 Frozen Flaxseed Waffles or Kashi Blueberry Waffles (2) 2 Tbs…

So sorry to hear about your week and troubles. Wishing you all the best!

This week didn't go as planned. Just started working out again yesterday since I have been sick for the last week and a half. Still taking it easy and not doing a lot of cardio but am beginning Crossfit again. My Original Goals: 50 Pushups / Day 1500 Calorie Burn For The Week Actual Numbers: 50 Pushups / Day = Thursday &…

Sounds great! Okay my goal will be 50 regular pushups each day. For the calorie burn since I'm still recovery from my cold it is going to be less than normal so I will say 1500 for the week. I will also incorporate fresh food into my diet and eliminate greater amounts of processed food. Thanks again for these challenges :)

SW - 152.2 CW - 149.8 Normally I wouldn't lose weight like this but I have been sick this past week and haven't had much to eat. Next week I think will show more accurate numbers.

Awesome - ready to start! I love the water challenge since I have trouble meeting my daily goal and the daily crunches. Thanks for getting us back on track!

Okay, here I go :) My name is Christie and I have been on this weight loss journey since December 2012. I had gained a lot of weight over the last few years and was not happy with my lifestyle and choices. Up until May 2013, I was steadily losing weight and was accomplishing my goals. These last few months though I have…

What I have found that works for me is to do interval training. It was amazing how much faster I got when I added this to my regular training. One of my favorite workouts with a friend or by myself is "U Call Its" - you never have the same run twice. Here is an example "U Call It" workout (you both do what the other person…
