aw, there is someone who could be referred to as the "fat friend" in our group, but none of us calls her that or sees her that way. she is my favorite, because we like the same things and for some other reasons as well. i'm actually curious to see if her personality will change in any way should she lose weight.

whatever helps to measure your progress. i got a scale (easier for me to just hop on 1x/week) and barely ever measure myself (although i probably should).

lol, school sucks for weightloss goals right guys? :laugh: i'm thinking i'll lose the 6-7 lbs before school starts, at least maintain while school is in session, and then lose some more over spring and summer break. slow, but i'll get there. :wink:

totally in. i started school in the fall, and pretty much maintained my weight. before then, i was steadily losing, and i'm pretty much where i started.
