Sounds like your getting healthy. I am still an eating monster during tom but it is also when I do my personal best with exercise.

I wouldn't bother with measurement but I would weigh. You typically will go up but after a few months you will find your pattern. Like I know I always go up 3 pounds so I'm not freaking about it. But if it bothers you to see the number up, skip it.

5'10 small frame CW 145. Goal is flat stomach or 20% body fat. After achieving that I want to build more muscles. .

Mine is nearly gone. I'm hoping to report a success soon. I have lowered my goal by another 5 pounds in the hopes it will be gone. Only time will tell.

Make sure you are measuring where you are thinnest look in the mirror. I use to think my waist was where my bellybutton was but it is actually a few inches higher.

Hello, i'm on my final 10 again. I thought I was already on my final 10 but when I got there, I still had a lot of fat. So I'm on my second final 10. My problem is that I don't know what my goal weight should be. Keep strong whether it your first, middle or last 10.

I think that I am just like you. Except that I take measurements every month. My stomach looks bigger because the rest of me reducing faster. Much more noticeable in side profile. My stomach measurement show it has gone down 3 inches but just doesn't look it. I'm going to keep cutting calories and lift weight.

I actually tried one a few weeks ago. I'm in my 40.'s. Ds dared me. Went ok but it felt like I pulled a muscle in my inner thigh. Definitely start stretching for it first.

I'm 5'10 and currently 152. I eat about 1600 calories a day. I lift weights 3x a week. I have no idea what my goal weight is. :sad: :sad: :sad: It is driving me crazy. My initial goal was 150 pounds. It's really hard to tell in the picture. I really recommend taking measurements monthly. I lost 5 pounds this month also. Can't tell too much but my measurements show 1 inch loss in waist and .5 inch loss in thighs and arms. So I am really happy with my 5 pound lost. I bet you had something like this.

First, I need to lose some more body fat and I'm doing that through eating less. I'm hoping to reach maintenance in December. I want to build more muscles and do a minimum of 5 unassisted chinups. I'm a small frame. Wrist measure 6.25 and fingers overlap. However that happened as I lost weight. Originally thought I was medium. Anyways, I'm targeting 145 for now.

Want to lose 13 pounds total. Family reunion is in 1 month. So hoping for 5 pounds by then. Other than that no real goal just want to reach maintenance ASAP.
