I am doing stronglifts. I didn't start seeing results til week 5. You need to give programs more time before changing. I just finished my 10th week of stronglift and getting really excited about the changes that i am seeing. However, i am determined not to measure/weigh til week 12 is complete.

Many of the big cities have meetups. Where members gather at a park or something, and do the tricks. I recommend looking for one near you. Just google parkour and the biggest city near you. Ps. I dont do it but my son is facinated by it. Pss. Meetups are usually free and youcan just go to watch

2kg is nothing. They can do this. I think the fear is their growing bodies and high weights. They should not do any that is a real struggle. I let my kids use up to 10 lbs which is about 4kg I think.
