I'm the same way! I was doing mornings, but found that my focus just wasn't there like it should be. Maybe if I took more time after I rolled out of bed, but I always just jumped right in. I'm fitting in T25 in the evenings now or late mornings after a training session.

I also do T25 barefoot. It makes a huge difference for me.

I've only gotten 3 workouts done this week for T25 because there is a new schedule at my gym and I've wanted to try all the classes. I'm debating redoing this week or possibly trying to just get the three workouts in tonight and tomorrow.

Absolutely! Trust me, the modifications are still a FANTASTIC workout. My knees get sore from a lot of my workouts so I literally feel your pain. I traveled last week for work and used the resistance band for the Beta workouts. There is always one guy that uses it so you'll know what to do. It's such a great workout for traveling!

I agree, I LOVE Speed 2.0. A few thoughts on the Beta Cycle. I absolutely love Speed 2.0 and Core Cardio. Upper Focus is a nice change, but as of right now, not a big fan of Rip't Circuit or Dynamic Core. GREAT JOB!! I actually started doing all of the workouts without shoes a couple of days ago and am finding that they are so much more comfortable. My range of motion and stability is better and it certainly is quieter for the poor souls on the floor below us! lol

I can see where you're coming from. I double up T25 with my normal workouts to keep things interesting. Finished the Alpha round yesterday and just couldn't wait until tomorrow to start Beta. It.Is.AMAZING!! I love the way he just dives right in the workout. Alpha definitely prepares you for this!

Great job everyone! I did Total Body and Lower Focus last night...so killer. LF gets me every time! I feel great but am hoping for better results from the Beta Phase. I feel stronger, but haven't had anymore weight loss which is always frustrating.

I do T25, love it! Last week of Alpha and I do double workouts at least a couple of times a week just because of my schedule. I'm looking forward to starting the Beta phase for even more results!

Sorry for the silence. I've been on vacation and traveling for work all week but I managed to get all of the workouts done for week 4 which was a huge accomplishment for me. So ready to be done with week 4 and on to the Beta round!

I too am doing T25 and having a little knee pain, but it's from my other workouts combined with T25. I agree with Tammy on calories burned. I wear my HRM and my burn ranges from 245-300 doing about 80% normal, 20% modified.

I got various weight sets from Five Below for $3 each, a resistance band, stability ball, yoga mat and do T25 as well as videos off YouTube. It's completely possible to get a great strength workout at home for very little money!

I'm just starting week 3 and I am down 2 lbs and 4 inches. More importantly, I'm noticing improvements in being able to do the tougher moves (oblique pushups!) Lower Focus is still the hardest workout for me, I dread it. How about everyone else?

I'm on week 2 and love it. It's just so easy to fit in 30 minutes of a workout. Every time I say I'm not going to do it, I remember it's just 30 minutes and is over before you know it. Total Body and Speed are my favorite workouts. And the Sunday stretch did wonders for my aching body!

I started T25 this week and what I really like about it is that you can double up on workouts if you want to. I use Fitradio and alternate between the Top 40 and Hip Hop Mixes. It's a great app for keeping my workout music fresh.

Mine does the 00 thing every few workouts as well. I've found that sometimes the best thing to do is stop it and restart the workout. It's frustrating, but has been the only thing that consistently makes it stop.
