  • It is extremely rare I got any problems when TOM but on the odd occasion I do get cramps it's only on the first day of the cycle and I find drinking a lot of water really helps, I always go over my 2ltrs to maybe about 3 ltrs but it's only for the one day and the next day they are completely gone.

  • I'll definitely do this, I've lost all motivation, was supposed to get back into it the start of September and that hasn't happened and I have a goal which is to drop a dress size by 14th December for an event I am attending.

  • Those are fantastic results! I have just bought P90x and Hip Hop Abs, not going to start P90x until September but I am currently doing the 30DS and when that is over I am going to combine Hip Hop Abs with Brazil Butt Lift for the 31 days of August.

  • Just completed D5L1 today, done it 3 days in a row this week and hoping to keep at that for the rest of the week. I can feel it is starting to get easier but boy am I still sweating! Love it!
