I think I was writing my post when yours came through so missed this - that's amazing!

@RangerRickL I'm so pleased you made it safely and that you drove - I was worried about you flying. @craigo3154 I'm so sorry you're still suffering but pleased you're getting help. Yes x 3 for today and yesterday. At the start of the month I was so focused. I was sure that this was the first month of many that I'd be in…

Thanks @SuziQ113 for teaching me how to do spoilers. ☺

That's great news @craigo3154 I'm all set for April thanks as always @RangerRickL for keeping us going and sorry I went awol (again) for a few days. Pass.

Bet your bottom dollar! Pass

As ever, grateful to all of you. For my health and my loved ones'. For the basics in these uncertain times: a (modest) roof over our heads, a (small) garden, food, an income. I went awol from here sorry the last 2-3 days as I'm trying to work out the best way forward for myself. We're all still ill, who knows what with.…

Just saw this. A bit more positive than my negative!

Yes x 3. Just. Still coughing. The baby was wheezing earlier which stressed me right out but he's settled down now. Feeling very anxious but relieved at least that my husband is no longer working in locked down London but from home. Going to have to dig deep to work out how to get through this without going a bit crazy…

@lamlamsmakeover losing our pets is so hard. Hope this might bring you some comfort.
-
Yes x 3. Just about. Still coughing.
-
Yes x 3. A walk around our local lake. Hope everyone's doing ok, especially those who are in "lock down" /life's gone topsy turvy/is about to/are worried about their health or loved ones. Look after yourselves. Thanks as ever to all of you (especially our Uncle @RangerRickL) for always keeping this going which especially…

Yes x 3. Happy NSV Day! Two for me. Firstly is that one of the mum's I sort of know was really surprised that we do have a car as she said she always sees us walking everywhere in our area. I really don't see the point in driving short distances! I was proud that it shows commitment to a healthy lifestyle as well as a…

Yes x 3 with no calories remaining! Close! Happy birthday @BonnieHosk85! Well done for getting back. What a bad run of luck you've had. We're all here for you.
-
@Impala007 that's fantastic news!
-
@fatbambi2017 I missed this too sorry! What a mix of bad luck but good luck. Hope everyone's OK and not too shocked. Lots of love.

Pass #2 Feed a cold and starve a fever. I've been feeding this cold. Went ever so slightly over.
-
Pass #1. Just as I was getting into my stride and thinking this will be my month... I've caught a nasty cold. My kids both have it too so it was a long night with the baby waking at nearly 30min intervals and this morning my daughter threw up on her and me. Not my greatest day. Dosing up on paracetamol but it isn't helping…

A quick yes x 3

Yes x 3 I tried to move a bit of furniture around. It backfired. I'd measured the space but due to the angle and a radiator it just didn't fit. Then a bookcase I'd moved broke and it was a 2 man job to fix it. My dad doesn't live too far away and he's mostly retired these days so he came to my rescue. Anyway - calories…

Oh @craigo3154 we all have so much love and respect for you! And you've not broken. You're going through a tough time. It will get better. Talking of wise words passed onto us, my Nan passed down "life's not fair" and my grandad, "life's hard" and my mum, "this too shall pass". There are highs with the lows and lows with…

@juliemouse83 aaaaagh people! That sounds like a really irritating day sorry. As others have said, try to find a way to prioritise and protect yourself. Easier said than done! @WMEJA well done for fighting the temptation. Sorry you're having a bad time. This too shall pass. @craigo3154 yes! I'd noted some of the ASD…

Yes x 3. I feel... everything! I came across the concept of being a 'highly sensitive person' HSP recently and lots of it fits. I can't find the original article I read but found this instead. It says one of the signs is getting hangry which I do! Sharing in case anyone else feels like this.…

@readyornot1234 such wise words. And yes, it's always a smile and a polite, "No thank you." Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement. I was interested to google "people pleaser and weight loss." Wow there's a lot of information and research on it. It's a definite problem for many!
-
@Rozbee1 no one is a disgrace to this community! Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to return. As somone who has been an on and off member for 4 years and only made the winner's circle once I can say that with certainty! I've started more months than I have finished. Try, try and try again and learn along the way. Good…

Lovely photo Rick and what an adorable dog, not got much time so quickly posting a yes x3 for now.
-
Beautiful photo @RangerRickL hope you had a great day! Today was a yes x3 which is a massive personal victory as I had mentioned yesterday that I have my "feeder" mother in law in town. Thanks so much to @Hollis100 and @LoriAnna62 for your support. She kindly brought 3 bottles of wine with her to our house (which remain…
-
@BonnieHosk85 oh no! I really hope you start to feel better soon, that sounds miserable and I'm so sorry about the local news too. Lots of love. @Hollis100 I can completely relate. I've found that the first firm "No" that I stuck to was the hardest. My mother in law, who ironically watches her own weight closely is the one…

Yes x 3. I love being outside. Walking, cycling, canoeing, swimming. Used to like jogging - need to get back into that. Feel much calmer after yoga - sometimes I haven't realised quite how busy my mind has got until I practise some yoga.
