Yes, I have tried melatonin and love it. When my sleep schedule gets thrown off or I'm stressed out and can't sleep I'll take one. It helps me sleep, but doesn't make me drowsy feeling the next day. It's worth a try if you're having trouble sleeping for sure.

I was having this happen as well and found a couple of reference to it on here as well. My issue was caused by my muscles retaining water after a hard workout, so now I just drink loads of water and actually see a loss the next day instead of a gain! Hope this helps!

I usually log it as low impact aerobics, but the best way to get your true calorie burn is by using an HRM.

Throw a "bring a dish" cookout/bonfire in celebration of reaching your 100 pound goal. There you can burn a few of your "old you" items and celebrate the "new you" with the people you love around you!

I would definitely try to add some fresh or at least frozen fruits & veggies. Also, you'll probably want to track your sodium too.
