I am the same way. Sometimes I eat sugar free pudding w/Cool Whip. Seems like a huge treat, but isn't that bad w/calories if you portion control. Today, the sugar won...ate way too many mini Reeces...maybe tom. I will:-)

Stick to the outside aisles w/lots of fresh produce and fruits. You can't go wrong. Also look through lite or Weight Watcher Cookbooks before you go to get new ideas. I made leeks in the oven w/orange juice marianade before and they were great-something I'd not tried before. Good luck!

I agree with the popcorn idea. Also try the low fat pudding snacks and Cool Whip. Sometimes when I crave sweet things, I will just buy the light Reddi Whip, squeeze some into a bowl, and eat it like ice cream~crazy I know, but it suffices.

I'm having the same issues. Still losing about a lb. per week and am not hungry, so I'm not worrying too much about it. Maybe you're just eating "smarter" and filling up w/lean protein and high fiber. Are you hungry or not losing? If you answer yes to either one of those, I'd make adjustments.

Hard spot to lose, but I'd suggest running, run/walk intervals, lunges, squats, cardio...

I've done parts of P90X-very intense, but the seconds tick away on the clock even during instruction and between sets. You may want to adjust your input time accordingly.

What intensity are you doing your exercises? Add some weight training too to build some lean muscle mass. Also, alcohol and losing weight usually don't go hand and hand, so try to drink only on weekends or special occasions. Water consumption will fill you up some w/0 calories:-) Keep at it...it will come off!

Don't worry about what the numbers on the treadmill say. Just track your speed (mph) and your time. MFP will calculate the rest for you when you enter it~ within reason

I like Jello snack size pudding Dulce de Leche...only 60 calories and yummy. Cool whip mixed w/pudding is also low cal and filling and good.

Make sure you are writing everything down. Also, you may have water weight for a few days, but then lose. Are you taking in enough calories?
