Thanks! How much weight are you planning to use? I couldn't find anywhere on the site that said what weight you should use. I think I might need heavier weights. I only have a 5 lb. and 10 lb. set.

I am in the exact same boat as you. 5'6 stuck at 155, lost 60 lbs. I just up'ed my calories to my TDEE -15% to see if that helps. Good luck! It's frustrating!!!!

148.8 is my happy weight and I currently weigh 155 so I am almost there. If I could get to my happy weight, I think I would be happy! :-)

Then: 5'6 and my heaviest was 230, size 18 pants (could have wore a 20, but never let myself) and XXL shirts. Now: 5'6, 155lbs. size 6 or 8 for pants (just depends on brand) and S/M for shirts.

Still here...I am down to 20 lbs. to go, but it's going very slow! Starting to get back into exercising so hoping to lose the last 20 and trim up. Zumba tonight! :-)

I am in the same boat so I use MFP's database of exercises. I tend to put in less time than what I actually did though because I am unsure how reliable the calorie count is. I would rather underestimate the calories burned than overestimate.

I need to lose right around 20 to get to my goal weight and definitely need to tone up. A lot of people keep telling me, "You look great and don't lose anymore", but I am still in the overweight category and definitely need to lose more! :-)

I take hummos often with carrots, red peppers, pretzel crisps or whatever else I can think of. I usually take a yogurt (Dannon light because it's only 80 calories). LaTortilla makes 100 calorie wraps that I will take sometimes instead of a sandwich. You can put meat in it or lettuce with veggies.

This is about the same for me. I was off track for about 2 weeks. When I weighed in on Monday, it said a gain of 3 lbs, however this morning when I weighed in, I was up 5 lbs. Not sure what's going on considering I have been really good since Monday and worked out each day. I think I just have to give it some time to show…
