Wednesdays workout squat,s 5x5 @87lbs bench, felt hard last week so did lots of warm up reps first then 5x5@55lbs. rows 5x5@50lbs.

todays workout. squats 5x5@89lbs.going to stick with this weight for a few workouts,could feel myself wobbling slightly. bench 55543 @59lbs. rows5x5@47lbs.dropped down by 10lbs to work on form.

hi i workout at home,my barbell is only 15lbs and i have a mixture of plates in kgs and lbs so i mix them and can move up in 2lbs. it took me months to get to 40lb on ohp,i have no upper body strength.ive heard people buy wrist weights,you can get them starting at half a pound each and theyre cheap. not sure about staying…

todays workout squats 5x5@82lbs. ohp 5x5@42lbs. going to move up to 45 next time,i could hardly lift 30lbs when i started so feels good to be progressing. deadlift 1x5@110lbs.

Yesterday's workout Squats 5x5 @72lb. Ohp 6x5 @42Lb Deadlift 1x5@110lb. All lifts felt quite easy yesterday,might have had something to do with me eating 1700 cals for lunch ,oops .good job I don't eat out much. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

todays workout, squats 5x5 @65lb. still no pain,so slowly moving up. ohp 5x5@42lb. the last few were hard.could feel my back starting to arch so will stick to this weight for a few weeks.this lift that takes me ages to progress on. deadlift 1x5 @ 110lb.

Today's workout Squats 5x5 @60LB still feeling ok with no pain. Bench 5X5 @60LB. Managed to finish but felt so heavy. Rows 5 5 5 4 3@60 lb.cant believe how much harder these were at 3lbs heavier.

I'm the same,got upto 95 pounds and dropped to 40 to work on form.im on my third round of doing this now. When I first started and was easily adding 5 lb on every time I lifted I thought I'd be squatting my body weight in no time.little did I know ha . We ll get there one day.☺

I know what's going on?I can bench 60lb but as soon as I get upto 80lb + on squats I get pain.driving me mad lol.

Did today's workout before work,made a big difference energy wise. Squat 5x5@82 lb .no groin pain yay! Bench press 5x5 @60 lb.finally did the full set. Row 5x5 @55 lb. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Today's workout. Still having slight pain in groin so did bodyweight squats and 40 lb to try to work on form. Overhead press 5x5 @40 lb. Was stuck at 37 for weeks! deadlift 1x5 @100 lb.
