Just got my new HRM, and realized i have been burning a very high amount as well. Around 380 in 34 minutes of Ripped in 30.

Celery, it tastes like stagnant water! Horrible, ruins any recipe its in.

So by that logic should topics specific to groups like vegans, or people who only eat paleo be locked as well? They only pertain to one group of people as well. But that would seem silly (Im not saying they should before someone jumps on me)

I just bought myself a HRM for finishing the 30 Day Shred.

Your not doing anything wrong, i would just ignore them, and if they keep it up report them to the building manager. Edit to add: I also live in an upstairs apartment.

5'9, 161lbs netting about 1350, eating between 1500-1700. Losing just over 1/2 a pound a week.

Today i will choose to make lunch rather then eat the takeout leftovers from yesterday! Its pre exam time and im really struggling to find the time to get everything done, but i cannot ignore my nutrition.

Im almost done the 30 Day shred and there is a noticeable reduction in cellulite on the backs of my legs and on my bum. I would highly recommend it.

I take an iron supplement.

I make a half a package and add some soya sauce, siracha and a drop of sesame oil. Then i add some chopped up spinach, red peppers and mushrooms. Once the veggies are soft i drop and egg in and let it poach.

Now that you mention it, I was surprised last month by my lack of cramps. I just thought i was having a lucky period!

Im almost done the 30DS (day 25 today) and plan to buy ripped in 30 once I'm done. Any one comment of the difference in difficulty between the two? PS Love Jillian!

Dont worry to much. I went home for a week last month and ate what everyone else was eating but made some healthy choices when possible. Did my best to avoid excessive snacking (crisps are my weakness). At the end I was only up .8 and all of that and more was gone the week after. Enjoy your holiday!

25% it is! I had not really thought about what my goal bf would be but looking at this I think 25% is the most attractive

Just started level 3 today and i am down about 6 inches on my waist and 2 off my hips. Can wait to see the final results!
