I am in the same boat - can even smell it as I sip my protein shake! Don't want to be a greedy guts like some of the others in my office so I am resisting :wink:

If you are 'stuck' try a few days of low carb, up your protein and drink tonnes of water. I hadn't lost an oz in two months and tried this together with completely cutting out wine and I have lost 3lb... don't give up x

Up your protein and you will feel less hungry. Also make your diary public and make sure you have some supportive friends who monitor what you are eating!!

Insanity is a fantastic full body work out. Great for getting your fitness back and losing weight. I still do insanity, but don't follow the schedule any more. I like a variety including lifting - but would definitely recommend x

Its been a week - you really need to think much more long term or you will give up! I haven't lost on the scales for 2 months, dropped a dress size tho, lots of inches and my fitness has gone through the roof - don't be ruled by the scales. What have you really learned or achieved this week?

I have 2 wee ones as well, but I am sorry it is NOT exercise....stuff like child care and cleaning etc didn't stop us getting fat in the first place!
