Low sugar fruit, try go veggies or even some sort of juice low in sugar (might help with some calories).

Hey I went down that road with college. I started college in 2002 and weighed 165 lbs - now I'm at 280 lbs (all from college and my love for mcdonalds and chips and soda) but you can do it!!! You'll lose it in no time. Now I'm trying to do the same and get rid of all of the fat that I have. Good luck on your journy!

I found luck with Sara Ivanhoe Yoga DVD's they're pretty nice. 20 minutes a day and she'll work your abs, butt, theighs, flexibilty and cardio. I ordered them off Amazon.com - fantastic investment (if you do them lol)

Yeah! Most days I only eat 1500 before exercising! But that equation is a little nuts!

I can't agree more - I am in the process right now of elminiating it all together - I have 2 cans left but trying to space it out as a treat when I reach weekly goals! But once it's gone it's gone!

I count it as extra - but I still work out - only because you are moving and movement burns calories!!!!! I don't take it as my exercise for the day though I always add it with something else!! 95%of the time the diet drinks have more sodium (when they take stuff out they add stuff in) to keep the taste. You also have to watch the diet drinks for what ingrediants they have in it. One is known to mimic MS. If you need to drink something try the green tea, or just tea in general. Best is water. At least your hands…

As I have gained I've always kept my smaller sizes in a box in my basement, this way I wouldn't have to worry about those inbetween times. My BF and I would have free days on the weekend and before long we doubled the weight we lost. I would suggest something sweet but still good for you. Stay away from drinking on your "free days" because that will pack on the weight. Allow yourself some serburt or something on the weekend but I agree with some of the girls…
