I weigh ALL my food that can't be measured with a measuring cup or spoon. Every kitchen should have one!!!!

I rarely ever have pockets so "nothing" I carry my Marry Poppins bag...it's loaded with endless things that I probably don't even need...lol

If you want to start with a fish that does not taste fishy at all but rather sweet and it's flaky...I recommend Swai. That's really just a fancy name for catfish but it's actually really good and bakes at 425 in 12 minutes. Calorie wise it's only 100 calories per 4 oz.

16 lbs...I averaged 2lbs per week till I reached my goal

A lot more fish and I never drank protein powder. My list of what I used to eat and don't anymore is much much longer...lol

Ok I guess I'm strange and unusual but I do not find him attractive in the least bit. :noway: Way too much ink for my taste.

 LOL - I'm guessing that the coma was in the wrong place and they added 1 extra zero by mistake. I'd like to think nobody is crazy enough to think that 12,000 calories is a low cal diet...then again, what do I know! ROFL!

I didn't supplement with protein shakes while I was trying to lose weight because I got what I needed from my diet. I started using it as a meal replacement about a year or so later and still to this day I drink it as my mid morning snack except on leg day when I take it right after my workout (mainly because it fall into…

Wow, 2,480 is about what I burn "with" cardio and weight training every day! That number seems really high for a resting metabolic rate. My suggestion would be to lower your calorie intake (pick a decent number like 1,800 and adjust from there based on your results).

My first child was planned and technically we had plans for a second one but not so soon after my first

Sorry, we call them cookies but they are just plain ol doggy biscuits. Charlie loves PB with apples but I don't give that too often because it makes him super gassy...LOL He's a big boy...weighs about 90-95lbs right now. He should be at 80-85lbs. He has a bad knee though so his exercise is limited.

My black labs world is ruled by his stomach so we have to be careful!!!!! He gets fatter in the summer because with the heat here we spend much more time indoors. I only allow him a total of 2 cups of weight control formula each day and I split it into 2 meals. He will get 2 cookies a day and sometimes I will switch a…

I'm not sure where you live but you cannot get a cheeseburger, fries and a coke for $3 at our McDonald's. And even if you could... a $3 meal x 4 people x 3 meals per day x 7 days per week comes out to $252 per week....and that doesn't even touch the other junk snacks in between like the bag of chips or the cookies or the…

Aside from the 5 million other things my husband does...he cleans all the toilets in the house daily. I know it's stupid but it's so cool to always have a sparkling clean toilet to sit on

I'm guessing because a slice of pizza from most anywhere will run you about 350+ calories per slice and most people will eat 3-4 slices (or more in some cases). Mostly bread and cheese with little lean meat and veggies. I love pizza and no matter what anyone says about it, I will eat it when I feel like it!

Just get back to your normal workout, no need to double up.
