The obvious answer :) I'm just exploring my options and collecting real life experiences before attempting anything.

I second that. Best of luck to you OP. Finding the strenth to admit you have a problem, and approaching it head on is amazing. I wish you all the luck in the world!

I'm 5'3" and on daily, feel free to add me. I'm an avid runner and also like to do at home work outs, mainly kick boxing.

Im in your boat too. I've been married to my husband for 10 years. I've always worked out, tried to eat right and live a healthy life. But my hubby is a plumber, smokes a pack a day and drinks beer almost daily, yet his is slender and muscular. We are a weird combo, always have been and everyone knows it.

I agree with the others, buy and cook your own food. It's really the only way to control what you want to control.

Congratulations!

Planking helped me tighten skin after my 2nd child.

I would recommend that you start exercising and eatting 1200 calories minimum. At the rate you are going you are going to have a very hard time losing weight, and your metabolism is crashing. Im 5'3", started at 147, down to 135, and eat 1600 calories a day. I lost 12 lbs without really trying, so what I'm trying to say is…

It can take time to ween yourself off of junk food and sugar so I can relate. It will get better though!

What is her favorite activity or hobby. Incorporate the proposal into that.

Great work, you look awesome!

I started at 147, currently 135. I have 7-10 more lbs to go to reach my goal weight at 5 ft 3 inch. Feel free to add me!

You are smokin hot! Great work!

I'm 35 with 2 boys ages 11 and 6. I live in the Chicago area and my diary is always open. I've been on MFP since 2011 but just for informational purposes, I've been totally dedicated for about 6-7 months now. I'm an avid runner, feel free to add me.

Like you I started at 1200 calories and dropped 5 lbs, but then hit a plateau and didn't lose anything for over a month. So I switched to TDEE -20 to try. Week after week I saw the scale go up, and down and up and down, I was ready to give up. But then I did my research and saw that the benefits can take 4-6 weeks to…

You are amazing. To be a mommy first and yourself 2nd is a common road us moms walk. Congratulations for all of your hard work both at home with your children and also on yourself. You look fabulous!

Congratulations, and best of luck to you on the marathon!

I haven't stepped foot in a gym for 9 years. With some free weights, and the DVDs you have at hand you should get an amazing work out.
-
Any exercise. If you are sedetary right now, I'd start with a walk/run, or eliptical or even just a good long walk at a moderate pace. I'd also throw in weights a few times a week, building muscle will help you lose and build your metabolism too.

Absolutely amazing. You are truly gorgeous and the gift you gave your son of being healty for him is the best thing you can give. And the goat is awesome, too.

I'm 137 right now at 5'3", starting weight was 147. Lowest weight 108 (like you done the wrong way) I'm currently aiming for my goal weight of 125. Feel free to add me and good luck with your journey!

I'm always getting deleted by people who don't like to hear the truth about their diary. I've struggled with an ED since I was 14, and I dont publicize it at all, in fact I don't think any of my friends on my FL know but one person. But I've never deleted anyone over an ED. If I read your diary and I see you've only at 800…

Huge Congrats! I love kick boxing too, it is my second favorite workout :)

Get up an hour earlier, and make time. I have 2 kids, a husband, a full time job, and numerous volunteer projects, and I find time to work out 6 days a week. It's all about making it your priority.

running is not for everyone. And it's ok there are so many other things you can do to help with weight loss. But if running is a goal for you then don't give up. You need to adjust to the demands that running puts on your body. I run 5 days a week and it is very common that I need to ice my hip and knee. I am a can of walk…

Id probably say 125ish, give or take.
