Just finished both of my workouts. I'm glad that we are both doing C25K. I'm so glad to have joined this group!

Great day today! Finished 30 Day Shred and finished C25K W1D1. At this rate I should see some results at the end of November!

Tomorrow is my last day of 30 Day Shred. But I'm going to do a round two of it. So I'm not doing so many modified moves. Then hopefully I can move onto Ripped in 30 Days. I also want to include couch to 5k. I have new shoes and a new bra to try out.

I love to join all of you. I have two days left of the 30 Day Shred. But I want to do another round of it before moving onto Ripped in 30 Days. I don't know about everyone else, but the scale hasn't moved and my measurements haven't changed either. My diet hasn't been as great as the first 10 days though. However I am still proud of myself for working out this long.

Did Level 3 today for the first time. Their are some crazy moves. I don't feel like I get the most out of the first day because I'm trying to learn the moves. There are two plank moves that are pretty intense. Good luck ladies. Only 9 more days!!!!

I didn't make it on here the other day, but I did do my shred. So now 4 more days left of level 2! I kicked it up a notch and have done the regular moves for most of the workout, instead of the modified. My inner thighs can really feel it. I will have to post my inches later. Great job ladies!!!
