Add the vegan mayo as a recipe in your saved 'recipes'. Then when you make an egg salad log your ingredients in your daily food intake and just add the vegan mayo as another food addition. I do this with salads all the time & then just add the dressing as an extra food item instead of including it in the recipe.

Welcome to MFP! I started on Jan 21/13 AND so far I have lost 47 lbs in 14 weeks!! It works if you stick with it--log everything that is going into your mouth. There is something wrong if you are only consuming 700 calories per day! Who told you this is the amount you should be eating? You can't exist on only 700 calories a day & your body is telling you that!
