^^Maybe to someone else (Ladies help me out?), but not to me unfortunately! For myself: To some extent, yes! Let's just say I have my days! :P
-
I used to do it, and am starting to do it already :) same reason as you, to avoid being distracted from foods and creating excuses as to why I can have them, when I shouldn't be having them :)

Also, you may want to post pictures if you can.. Just something about all your stats given seem a bit dodgy

Firstly, you would be aweful sickly to maintain at 6%, for the rest of your life. Secondly, you need to read more on reverse dieting to maintain. Your metabolism adjusts through time, so you sort of have to condition yourself to eating more again, even if it is just to maintain.

I do disagree, quite a lot. Usually on a weight loss journey, a multivitamin would be the very first of supplements for a person. When a person is eating at a deficit, it is usually difficult to get in all the necessary vitamins and minerals the body needs, this in conjunction with more strain on the nervous system from…

I'd rather follow the "eat what you like in moderation in a deficit, to lose weight" diet.. Been 2-3 months +/- and I've lost 3-4kg

I don't believe you can be too fat for a pullup/chinup.. It just means you're not strong enough. What I did to enable me to do pull-ups is do cable and machine pull-downs which were similar movements to pullups. I did those gradually pushing myself, until eventually I felt I was ready to do some pullups.. I only managed 6…

Your body doesn't need carbs eh?

Because they're a great exercise. I personally can't have a decent leg day without them.

This is a tricky scenario.. simply because one's recovery to resistance training may vary from another's. However, I'll try share what info I've gathered: When training, if lifting 'heavy' (anything below 8-10 repetitions) means you are generally 'strength training', this form of training needs more recovery time before…

I've tried low carbing, what I personally found was: - Slightly 'emptier' looking muscles - Lack of energy - No quicker fat loss than normal caloric deficit Worth it? Not in my opinion, but I would suggest you try it for yourself, simply because some peoples' methods are preferred to others' In relation to your muscle…

Personally I'd swap some fat cal's for some proteins.. Then again, personally I wouldn't waste my time with something that doesn't let me eat carbs

I await those said studies....

WOW, I miss-read that title completely! :|

Links please? I do like reading and learning - currently going through those which another guy posted in response in the latter Your use of the word 'toned' had me just give up on your entire paragraph entirely. - did you not just prove my point, of - though it's not "spot reducing", there is a working of the body which…

Takes me about 4 minutes, maybe 5 on average

lol what's with all these people saying once a week isn't enough? Once is perfectly fine, but I'd personally try push it for 2 or 3 times a week.
-
I'm kind of against people who say spot reduction can't take place.. Simply because I know of 3 girls personally, who haven't necessarily followed diets, but go on the bicycle for many hours in a week. This has made them retain their 'muffin top' stomachs, and somewhat 'flab' on arms, but have beautifully worked legs which…
