I'm not actually doing three sets of 20 reps at my max. I lower the weight each set and increase my reps but good advice and thanks for the chart. As for a program I'm not really following one just doing the things that seem to have been effective for me in the past.

Well it's been about two weeks now. I did just start going to the gym 5 days a week this week. Prior to this week I was only going three days a week. Ok I think I figured out my own question. I forgot I did change my lifestyle from sedentary to light activity so that would make sense that it would go up since if I am lightly active I would need to consume more to avoid starving myself.

I left everything else the same. The only thing I changed was my current weight.
