Lately I've been having a Greek yogurt and granola.

I try to find a restaurant chain that has something similar and use that info. We go out for breakfast at local places almost every weekend and I usually just use the Eat n Park entries from the database to get an idea.

I updated it for you :)

I have been eating a greek yogurt with a serving of the high protein granola. That is around 220 calories. You could add an egg or two if you wanted to be closer to 300-400.

I prep and track my food the night before, then all I have to allow time for in the morning is grabbing the bag out of the fridge on my way out the door. It's become habit so I really never forget it now.

Alcohol. I don't dislike it exactly, but I've never been in the habit of drinking at home or with meals. If we go out, I will have a few drinks, but it's not a daily or even weekly thing that I have to fit into my calories.

I would eat a light dinner, maybe chicken breast and veggies? And go to bed early.

You can add me!

Hi, I entered my starting weight when I joined the group, I believe on the 13th or 14th. Then I entered a new weight both yesterday and today. But when I entered my weight today I noticed that it is showing my start weight as the weight I logged yesterday. Did I update in the wrong place? My starting weight should have…

January 13: Did you track absolutely everything you ate and drank today? Yes, other than water. Did you stay under your calorie limit? Yes Were you active for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minute body pump class at the gym.

Thank you everyone. This makes much more sense now. I didn't realize it based your calories on your activity history. And to answer the question above, I got up at 4am yesterday for work, so sadly by 1pm I had been awake much more than sleeping. :) On a normal day if I dont work out, it will usually show me around…

I do this too, or I think about how I have no idea what that person's house/kitchen looks like. That usually makes me not want to eat anything homemade.

Why don't you click on the linked article then?

There is also an app called Happy Scale that will keep track of your weight trends and show a chart. You can set mini-milestones, and it will also give you a projected finish time for your overall goal. I really like it.

Thank you both. I did recently (in the last month) start resistance training for the first time, but I honestly have not paid much attention to my protein consumption. I am going to look back at it and see where I'm at. I'm sure I need to increase it.

Is it possible to find a gym with a daycare? For me personally, I know I would never work out at home. There are too many distractions and too many other things that need to be done. So going to the gym and putting my son in the childcare room is the only way I get a workout in. He has fun in there, so it's a win-win. When…

Hi, I'm 5'4 and trying to get from 175 to 140. I added you, but wanted to post here to say that anyone else in this thread can add me too if you'd like.

Thank you for posting this. I had never heard of this program. I joined WW because I do best with the accountability of weighing in and I get some ideas from the meetings, but I don't even use the points system. I just track calories on MFP. Paying $43 a month just to weigh in 4 times is a lot. I am definitely going to…

That's exactly what I was thinking.

I'm also looking to add friends for motivation/accountability. I've added some of you from this thread - hope you don't mind. And anyone can add me. Thanks!
