When I run I cannot talk to others, when I jog I am able to hold conversation still somewhat. I run at the gym, my friends and I go out for a jog on the weekends, and still chitchat while we are on the go.

I eat between 1250 and 1700. My goal is around 1500. Diary is open. I dont always make the best food choices, but hey, im getting there

I probably stand on the scales about 6 times a day. I love seeing it go up and down depending on how much I just ate, after the shower, after a workout etc. My 'official' weigh in time is first ting in the morning, so even if i "gain" 3 lbs ina day, I know it will be gone the next morning

Its working, and im feeling great. I just so many people talking about the benefits of lifting, so want to get into it. Im definitely seeing a difference in my strength, so perhaps I'll get a trainer in a few weeks and get him/her to show me the daunting weight room :P

tortilla chips get me. I love chips and salsa... and the brand I buy 13 chips is 130 cals, needless to say I normally eat 2 servings of those. Also hershey kisses. They are my go to for a chocolate craving, and i think a serving is 8? Yeahhh... that ones tough.

Try upping your incline and resistance. I do the elliptical for 15-25 mins everyday and set it on incline 11, resistance 8 or 9 and try to stay at least 145 rpms. I ussualy burn about 200 cals in 15 mins and 300 ish if i push through and do 25. My heart rate usually averages 160-175 (yes its high, but im still way…
