If you have a cheat day or fall off the wagon, get over it, And start again the next day or as soon as possible. You havent 'wasted your week'.... dont give up & continue eating bad and "start on monday".... start NOW. We all have weak moments and we all at some point in time will eat that slice of cake :D

currently its just halo on the xbox at weekends. I used to be WoW player... until ti consumed my life haha. I used to play when i wasnt working, and would literally play 6-8 hours a day. I miss it, but its too darn addicitve to attempt trying again lol.

there have been several. One was getting asked "when are you due". I blushed, and quietly said.... "im not pregnant, im just big". Ugh I wanted the ground to eat me. I think the poor costco worker did too!

My goal is 2 lbs a week. I have my calorie goal set to 1500 a day, and am exercising daily, burning approx 300-400 a day. Right now im losing 5 a week, but im just starting on my path, and im heavier, so I know it comes off quicker right now, and will then slow down .
