I agree!

I have the same problem every now and again...I just try to have a higher calorie breakfast and that seems to help.

I personally do 10 days on each level. Usually by the 10th day it gets easy and boring and I'm ready for a change. lol

The same thing happened to me with 30 Day Shred..

I have New Balance 442 that I use for everything. I also have another pair of New Balance walking shoes but I don't like them for anything but walking...

I lost an inch off my belly flab in a week by cutting fat down and doing 100 sit-ups a day on top of 30 Day Shred. Good luck!

I would also like to know.

Congrats on the loss!

I am the same way sometimes. It took me awhile to figure out how to manage my calories better. I have fruit for breakfast to save calories for those late night snacking fits I get into. I have actually stopped the snacking at night (not being able to meet my net calories) so I have increased my breakfast calories to 180ish…

That is awesome! Great job!

It really depends. Sometimes I will workout and sometimes I won't. It all really depends on how I feel. If I'm caughing really bad then no...same with a sore throat. But if I'm just really snotty then I will. Try it for a little bit and if you feel worse then stop and just take it easy.

I get a full nights rest, drink lots of water, eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I also try to stay away from sugars as much as possible except for natural ones found in fruit. I also cut out a lot of fat. I also get more energy by exercising every day. I do notice that when I "take a break" and eat not so great I feel…

I have my things that I refuse to skimp on...one of them being ranch dressing. Low fat, fat free ranch tastes horrible and I refuse to eat it. If I am concerned about calories I will go with italian but if I save up for them then I will have ranch. I'm the same way with mayo and milk. I'd rather go without than eat/drink…

In my opinion....it would be disappointing to lose 15 pounds just to gain it all back and then some. I honestly would try now and just eat really healthy during your pregnancy and still keep active as long as you can. With my first pregnancy (I was 20) I gained 65 pounds and lost 10 before I realized I was pregnant again…

I'm sorry but this made me LOL....I am the same exact way...and I even stop when I see a car coming because I look that silly. lol

Goodwill is a great place to shop for clothes that will get you (cheaply) to your next size. You can also go and get your clothes altered to fit your new body. I'm a stay at home mom and I wear stretchy shorts and a t-shirt most days.

I believe they are loaded with sodium.

Change it up.. whether you push yourself harder or do something completely different. I experienced one 2 weeks ago...I ended up cutting out a lot of fat and have lost 3lbs since then...I'm already pushing myself as hard as I can right now doing the 30 Day Shred. Good luck!

I haven't used either because the side effects scare me and I honestly don't want anything to do with them. I personally have cut a lot of fat out of my diet and have had great luck with that.

Well it's super hot today and I don't really feel like eating anything..just want something cold to drink besides water...should have clarified lol

You can do it! :) I'm on day 16 so far...It's the farthest I have made it so far and I've tried doing the Shred 3 or 4 times before and only made it to about day 12 or 13. Good luck!

I believe they make low sodium.... :)

This. :)

Fresh! I love fresh fruits and veggies. mmmmm!
-
I would love to but I think I'm a little ways away from a bikini...lol But I will do it anyway. Any little bit helps! :)

That is awesome! Keep it the hard work!

Each work-out is about 27 minutes long. It's circuit training pretty much. You do it 30 days in a row. All you need is handweights and a mat if you'd like. Right now I'm on day 15. It's so worth the $9! I have lost quite a few inches and pounds while using it. The work-out is challenging but it has to be for the time you…
