I almost always cook at home because it is so much easier to control waht goes into the meal. When we do eat out, I stick with grilled chicken or shrimp and steamed veggies. When I'm working I mark my glasses of water on my day planner for the day. On the go, I use the recycle cup too.

Thanks for the tip! I'm going to try it. I just tried ground turkey in italian sausage flavor for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I bet it would be yummy with the broccoli slaw. I like spaghetti squash too!! I see some spaghetti alternatives in my near future!!
