If i eat one sweet, cookie or cake i cant stop! I have none in the house that i know of, My other half normally has something hidden away! Yoghurt seems to help me, it does have High sugar but it has never started à big binge!

This morning i put that My 2 goals for the week are drink less coffee and stay on track at the weekend! Thought i would try taking it one weekend at à time! I am exactly the same!

Yes! Chips and crisps! Well, more than i normally do! I put on a few pounds à few days before too, but it all goes by the second day.

Crisps are My weekness! I have them most days, try to go for more healthy ones like snakajacks or boots shapers ones. But sometimes only the real thing will do. I just make sure i stay within My calorie target.

You have done really well, not too far to go! I have 3 children, a 17 year old, a 15 year old and an 18 month old bonus baby! I am 44 this year and having a baby in my 40s is lovely but the weight really don't want to go!
