Time isn't important. I'd be content with my same time. I am actually content with maintaining on both weights and running.

This was awesome. I really really needed it. FOr the first 3 years of my marriage I took pics alllll the time. Of my family. Of my hubby. Of myself. When the weight came the pictures stopped. When the kids became teenagers and started whining about taking pictures. I stopped. It just wasn't fun anymore. But my son is…

For doritos (not the same, but still salty) they have almond chips (nut thins). 16 for 130 calories. I really like 'em. I used to eat 'em with my mozzarella stick as a snack.

For me... that was where I was when I was training for my marathon, and I had to downgrade to a half. (Best decision ever ,btw... for me at that time...) One of the things I had to keep "mantra"-ing were these: There are a lot of other people who aren't doing what I"m doing. I am doing great just being out here. I then…

That's just evil. I'm so hungry right now :)

yeah, I was worried about my eyes getting tired... that's my primary concern. I'm not 21 anymore :)

Normally I would take them every 4 weeks, but since i'm blogging, I'm doing it weekly, which is a little counter productive b/c the changes aren't dramatic enough to matter...

So, if I do a 3 mile run on my Tues at "speed pace" then Thurs at a "recovery pace" on my weight days and maybe a 5 mile run on Saturday I should be good? You think 3 is the minimum?
-
Any other weigh-ins?
-
I'm 145 and in anywhere between a tight 8 and an 11 depending on the pant...
-
that's awesome :) I'm about your same height, and started at 162. You are a great motivator :)

The HIIT is part of my Body For Life. I like the challenge of different moves/muscle groups worked - burpeees, plyoo squats, push ups, etc. The running is just for fun... not necessary for health benefits/weight loss/etc.
-
exactly this!!!
-
Yeah... Theoretically i want to do it on weight days with a 5 mile long run saturday.... But scheduling is tough...

My chili's compromise is the enchilada soup (440 calls) and a frozen margarita (350ish)

Even within my MFP I had a shocker two weeks ago that almost made me lose my mind. We went to Chili's and I ordered egg rolls as the appetizer. I went to log them.... 800 CALORIES..... A PIECE..... I really, honestly almost fell out on the floor. Really. I was done (and over) for the day with two dang egg rolls.
