LOVE THIS!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ That is so me, even though I didn't come up with it.

The post was not compete, I didn't know why. I went back and edited it. Started at 250, and size 20.
-
I have done this. Lol

I dropped below 200 for the first time in 8 years about 3 months ago. YOU CAN DO IT. it feels amazing. This is the 3rd time I have done it in 25 years as I am the yo-yo queen. I am giving up my crown and never going back! Just focus on daily goals, it really is one day at a time! Eat less and move more. Simple but works.

I am the yo-you queen! I have lost 20-30 pounds many times, 50 pounds, gained it back, 80 pounds, gained it back and now I am into my 3rd MAJOR weight loss. 75 pounds down and 15 to go. This time I did it slowly. I didn't jump in with crazy calorie restriction, 5-6 1.5-2 hour workouts weekly. I worked on my food/diet for a…

When I'm discouraged I tell myself I didn't get overweight overnight. It took me YEARS of stuffing my face! Lol. I'm not going to get thinner overnight. It's hard work but it's worth it. I'm healthier and because I'm healthier I'm happier. Remember your goals. Knowing I can shop for clothing in the regular section now also…

I drink coffee every day, 2 cups with a bit of half and half. Log it. I drink a cup before the gym for the extra boost. If I'm extra hungry I will have an extra cup and it takes the edge off. 75 pounds down. 15 to go. Works for me.

I'm not an expert by any means but your body needs rest. Running EVERY day is rough on your body. Give it a day of rest. Also the protein level seems a tad low to me.
-
You got this! You seem to have the mindset and that is most important. All I can say is small steps, I have gained and lost almost 100 pounds 3 times. This last time I have done it one part at a time. First I worked on my diet for a whole month. Then I added exercises at home for 3 months. Then I moved on to the gym. I'm…

Thank you for sharing. Your story could be mine, only I could not have told it so eloquently. I am striving to get as far as you have come mentally. Kudos.
-
You look awesome! Congratulations.

I stopped going to Planet Fitness when I couldn't work out with my trainer (who worked there) anymore. They were afraid I would make other people uncomfortable pushing myself. TRUE story.

This was me too.... EXACTLY me. Sugar is a problem for MANY people. It's the typical response here to dismiss this. I was addicted and experienced fairly severe withdrawal symptoms for several days when I cut it from my diet. I persevered and do not crave it now. I have only been off sugar for 4 and a half months but I…

"If you don't have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all." Being positive was always her best feature. Some people on here could use that advice.

I completely understand! A good friend diagnosed with cancer stopped by work yesterday, and loves the pizza from across the street, so we shared some. Then my daughter in law to be made a fried chicken dinner (I rarely eat fried anything) complete with mashed potatoes, homemade biscuits and cake. Guess who HAD to have…
We know how artificial sweeteners work. They're not detrimental to your health and it's not possible to drop 10 pounds from removing something with 0 calories from your diet.
So wait, now I am a liar? Ugh. Again, just talking about MY EXPERIENCES. Not sure why you would think I would make something up, I…

Patty- kudos to you for being civil to all those critiquing your journey. Each and everyone of us is on our OWN journey and must do what works for us. My god it was mind boggling to read the continuing harassment. Artificial sweeteners are in no way shape or form good for anyone. The ARTIFICIAL in the name is the clue here…

This... I really thought I was alone in doing this!

Great post! It's so easy to slip just a little more in without realizing. I was thinking about a dessert tonight. Having some fruit instead.
-
Thank you. You will get there! It really is one day at time.
-
You look great!! Congratulations on your work.
-
I know. It's so irritating. I have no data for today now!!
-
There is a timeline I have found to be accurate. If you are seriously eating better etc..then I have found you yourself notice changes after 4 weeks, your close friends and family notice after 8 weeks and the world seems to notice after 12 weeks.

Thank you everyone who posted. I REALLY appreciate it. I am trying to go for a slower weight loss this time and not throw myself off the deep end and deprive myself. PLUS I now own a business and cannot exercise for 2 hours a day like the previous times when I worked from home. So the clothes are going to Goodwill except…

So well written and hilarious! Kudos. Best post I have read in a long time.
-
This is me exactly. Have lost almost 100 pounds TWICE and gained it back in free for all mode. I am trying to be more moderate now so it will stick!
-
Congratulations on your weight loss so far. You look AMAZING. Keep up the fabulous job.
-
You look gorgeous!! Great job.

I have fallen off the wagon so many times, I have permanent road rash on my a**! But I am back on, 10 weeks so far. 5 weeks on MFP. Feel free to add me, I have been there and am happy to lend support! Good job on the healthy shopping and good luck on the exercise.
