Hahaha - love this.... In all honesty, it depends on the "creep factor" of the person giving it. In general, my self-esteem took such a beating over the years, I have my own personal issues with accepting compliments but am flattered as well. It's especially nice as you start to age!

Weightgrapher is different.. it shows the trend and smooths out the bumps rather than an up or down line. I like it because on the days my weight shows a blip of an increase, the graph trend still goes down. Helpful!

Stop eating carbs/sugar for a few days and you'll drop off a ton of water weight. Water is tied up with glycogen production.

I've gained weight while exercising daily. Unfortunately, it comes down to the choices that go into your mouth.

I stick to 20 gms as well -- no yogurt, no berries. I find a bit of exercise helps me focus better and sometimes helps with hunger but make sure you are drinking loads of water.
