My feet got bigger when I was pregnant too. Went from a size 8 to a 9. Now that I've lost some of that weight, I'm now wearing between 8-8.5. It's weird. :ohwell:

Thank you, I saw this too but I don't think they are the same. The one I ate is called a "jamaican yam" but it's not the proper name for it. I found something on-line but it wasn't really clear. It said something like 360cals per 100g.. I think. I'd much rather use your data so I can eat more of it! :flowerforyou:

Hi folks, I am trying to find out the nutritional information on yellow yams. I can't seem to find that information anywhere. It's much starchier than a regular potato but less sweet than a sweet potato. Not sure how to calculate it. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help. Here's what it looks like:

I had Peabutter for the first time today. I really enjoyed it. I think it tastes better than the soy-nut butter we've been using.
