yes, here in nyc we have calorie counts on everything. BEST INFORMATION TO HAVE EVER when making decisions on what to eat.

but im sure you've toned up a lot. the fat probably has been burned, and you've built muscle. i wouldnt worry about it. also i did mine on the hard level. yea, it sucks they closed the servers...a truly great game to get fit without feeling like youre doing anything. but know you can always create custom workouts etc..

ah, i should do it again. i lost so much on it, and i didnt even finish. like 12lbs in 2 weeks? it was nuts! easy too! it was exactly what my trainer that i paid $800 for had me do. great great great program! thanks for reminding me i had it.

its a personal choice, i suppose. for me, even though i was extremely embarrassed to admit my weight gain, i made sure to let everyone know. it was easier for me to be held accountable for. do not self-sabotage yourself for the sake of others! be proud!

i dont even get near the scale during TOM. ill easily gain min 5lbs from doing nothing to habitual snacking. its the worst! just hang in there...

enjoy your holiday and break for sure! but be mindful of what cals are going in/out, since this isnt just a few months/years deal, its a lifetime change of awareness and consistency.

if youre feelin ill when starting to eat healthier, it is just your body detoxing all the bad foods from your body. so push through that feeling for a few days, because it will subside and you will inevitably feel better.
