I eat TONS of protein...I almost always go over my daily allowance given by MFP. It keeps me full and has not affected my weight loss at all.

Awesome stories!! I am in school to become a teacher (graduate May 2015 woowoo). I usually always wear some black slacks (that are way too big now) or dresses with leggings/pantyhose when I go to observe and work in classrooms. Khaki pants from Old Navy usually fit; they also always show off my "cottage cheese legs" haha.…

I only take mine like 1-2 times a week (MAX...some weeks I don't even take it) and I like my results...I don't get addicted and my body doesn't get used to it...definitely ideal for a sustained loss! Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I am looking for the same! Commenting to remember this thread. I already do SOME strength training but it is very, very basic...and mostly machines (don't pounce on me :embarassed:).
