i have had a lot of stomach surgeries with three c sections and various crohns related stuff they have told me my muscles have had it so im working on chloe ting and my goal is to get some definition and to beat my stomach muscles into submission

Short answer is yes u will lose as long as u keep to your calorie count so that u are using up more kcals than u are taking in eat what u want whether its necessarily healthy to eat everyday perhaps not im more a fan of everything in moderation

Agree with others for higher intensity cardio then yes rest days are important but for walking even brisk walking doing it daily should be fine but depending on ur size and health levels just listen to your body if u are finding any aches and pains then u should rest and build up slower
