i'm 5ft, my highest weight was 154lbs and i'm now 104-103 (haven't weighed myself for a while) my goal is 98lbs, im currently upping my cals slowly and moving toward maintanence :)

i am the EXACT same, ive been in an exercise slump for quite a while, still doing it but completely minimal, my eatings fine but i just have no motivation! im so glad im not the only one!

no, i drink on average 4 litres a day and pee approx every half hour, i dont think its a case of your body getting used to the water intake, you just need to get used to peeing unfortunately

it depends how accurate you want to be, when i was running on the treadmill i was getting a different reading from MFP and from the treadmill itself so i got a HRM which gave me another different one (the correct one) so if you want accuracy go for a HRM (both MFP and the treadmill gave me about 100-200 calories too many…

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I have done 30DS but I may attempt one of her other vids tonight (I have quite a few that I use every now and again) I enjoy running outdoors but we've got crap weather at the moment. Also unfortunately gym classes are a no-no for several reasons, I can only go to the gym during school time…
