1700 cals sound good - if you are sleeping 3 hrs then working out , taking care of mom & everything else you are flat wore out. ease up for a while - maybe skip some workouts - take some days off - not completely - you still have to take care of mom , but find a little quiet time for you & relax & get some sleep

It sounds like you are going through a tough time - I have a question- How many cals are you eating? How much of a deficit ? Maybe you want to ease up on the dieting a bit , you have more then enough to deal with. I'm not saying go on a eating binge , but maybe some ice cream or pizza

If milk is bad for me I have a real problem , because I love it & drink it regularly - whole milk with all the fat

100 gms is not too much for your weight -it's more like a minimum - more is fine especially since you are cutting weight

get some Ospho - works great - I use it a lot - spray it on - come back the next day - it will leave a black coating that will serve as a primer if you want to paint it - or leave it as is -you might have to wire brush some loose stuff off when it is done

Your high school football exercises are great - don't worry you won't bulk up line an O lineman. That will take time & lots of food. control your weight with your diet & lift

Re gripping after each rep is fine - it will help you keep good form with heavier weights. if you have to rest catch your breathe between 34&5 maybe it's time to reset the weight about 20% lower and progress up from there.
