  • Oh yeah, that's completely normal. You get a much bigger workout than you think your getting with yoga. It will get better with time, but as you progress you'll know when it's time to move on to more challenging positions. Take it slow at first so you don't hurt yourself. Enjoy it, it's so good for you!

  • Absolutely! It's gotten so bad that it happens even when I'm not wearing it up anymore. It's so tender all the time. I cut it years back thinking it was the length, but it didn't help so I let it all grow back. It can be miserable!!!
