I am 5'3", currently around 111. By march, body fat 16.x%. Totally agree on weight training, and lift HARD. At least 2, prefer 3 weight training a week. For me: (1) Lasagna, finished with a big (ok, make it GIANT) piece of tiramisu, from that restaurant in Rome on my honeymoon (2) Seafood festival, tons of tons of calamari / crabs / shrimp / craw fish... Finished with a big piece of cheesecake (3) Dim Sum (all I can eat) Oh, lamb sounds GREAT too!

I heard wrist monitor are not actuate, might want to consider get one with chest strap (Polar is great)

Do not "tone" muscles, LIFT heavier weight (8-12 reps)!
